  • Sales Tax: French sales tax (TVA) will be applied to all orders shipped within France, at the prevailing rate.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: You have the right to return any Product within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MAISON CHAMPIGNON BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  

 

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Maison Champignon regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.  

 

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.  

 

12. Waiver

No waiver of any breach of any provision of these Terms by Maison Champignon shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

13. Amendment

Maison Champignon reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on our website. Your continued use of our website following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
